FRIENDRAISER FAQS
What is a Friendraiser?
A friendraiser is a way for us to meet new people and share our mission! Think of it as a "show and tell" but with food and drinks - all for a great cause!
Where does the Friendraiser take place?
Friendraisers can be held anywhere there's enough room for all invited guests. Some hosts choose to use their house, others may opt for a more public location. Our team can work with you to find the location that works best for you and your invitees.
What is my role in a Friendraiser?
You invite the guests, we take care of everything else! We'll bring snacks, drinks, SA Youth swag, even decor if you're feeling festive. We just ask you bring together a group of 5 or more friends and introduce them to us. We'll share what we do and ways that others can get involved, and that's that!
What is the time commitment for hosting a Friendraiser?
We will host 2 virtual planning meetings between you and our Event Team. These will last 30 minutes to an hour and are used to discuss and finalize the event and any details. Most Friendraisers last just an hour; they'r short, sweet, and a lot of fun!
